30-day return requests

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags and its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

Contact us through our Contact page or email rbourjeaud52@gmail.com. Include your order number, the item and the reason for your request.

Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. The return destination is provided with those instructions.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may need additional time.

Exceptions and full conditions

Sale items, gift cards and certain other items are excluded under our policy. Read the full refund policy for eligibility, exceptions, exchanges and all applicable conditions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
